A varied programme of guided walks for anyone wishing to improve their fitness. Ideal for families, people with a disability, young and those young at heart, walkers and non walkers. Volunteers help the leader in the activities.
Each walk is led by a trained leader who will make sure nobody gets left behind.
All walks are circular routes and start and finish at the same point.
Walk routes are all on good paths and mainly on a firm surface.
Reasonable level of fitness, able to complete walks.
