Cheshire Centre of Independent Living is looking to recruit a Vice Treasurer to help oversee the financial affairs of the organisation and ensure they are legal, constitutional and within accepted accounting practice, and provide effective governance, leadership and strategic direction at board level.
You will be experienced in current fundraising finance practice relevant to voluntary and community organisations and possess good financial management skills. Holds an appropriate Accountancy Qualification (or is working towards), Knowledge of Bookkeeping and Financial Management, Good Financial Analysis skills

It is estimated that the Vice Treasurer/Trustee will have to commit to a minimum of 12 days per year in order to fulfil their role; this is including preparation/reading time and training.
Appointment will be for a fixed term of three years, renewable for a further two terms.
