A Volunteer is needed to help with volunteer recruitment. The organisations always needs volunteers to help in shops and to fundraise. There are many different volunteer roles within the charity and they all help to raise money in one way or another, to help pay for research into heart disease. It is important to recruit new volunteers to help the charity.
The person in this role helps with campaigns to recruit volunteers. You can look for new ways to recruit volunteers, marketing the charity and making it interesting for prospective volunteers. You will also take volunteers through the application process and you will support their induction when they are recruited. This role would suit anyone with H R experience or has an interest in managing volunteer recruitment. It would also suit someone that hopes to train in HR or management skills.

You will gain skills in :- Experience of recruitment procedures, Benefits of mentoring and confidence building. HR Experience would be useful but not essential.  You need to be sociable and get on with people and happy to meet new people.  You need to be friendly, reliable and enthusiastic.  You need to be able to follow guide lines layed down in the charities procedures.  You need to be enthusiastic.

Based in the main shopping centre in Winsford town centre
